Executive Manager/Principal Consultant
Dr. Riley's experience working with organizations, youth, and families employs self-care approaches that promote personal harmony, work-life balance, transitions, and healthy relationships. She holds a Doctorate in Resiliency in The Church focused on trauma from NYTS, a Hunter College School of Social Work degree, and a Licensed Mastered Social Worker license. Dr. Riley's vast network enriches Urban Access Talk's collaborative approach. Throughout her 25 years of public and private career, she has shown a deep commitment to empowering others to make a difference in urban communities.
